How to Ease Annoying, Daily Shoulder Pain Naturally - Before It Gets Any Worse

If you’re dealing with a limiting shoulder pain or persistent stiffness – it’s easy to think that that you slept wrong and it will go away soon. 

However, you’re realizing it just isn’t getting better!

Many hope that the pain will just go away on it’s own.  They hope that it’ll just be gone after waking some morning like nothing happened.  But, 3 months later the pain is still there….

Maybe, you saw your doctor and they took X-rays and essentially just told you to rest and take ‘painkillers’.  But, this is usually not the best advice. 

When that doesn’t help, you seek out Dr. Google or YouTube videos to help (even though you know most of the info on the internet is not credible).  You tentatively try a few things you find online, but that doesn’t help.

Dr. Chris Hart is a leading sports physical therapist serving the Oregon, Wisconsin area who helps active adults and athletes with shoulder pain get back to the activities and sports they love.

After earning his Bachelor’s and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degrees from UW-La Crosse, Dr. Hart attended the highly competitive Fairview Sports Residency Program working alongside some the best medical providers in the midwest treating competitive high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in the Minneapolis area. 

For five years he worked for a large hospital system in Beloit, WI treating and training hundreds of local area competitive athletes and active adults.  During this time, Dr. Hart also volunteered as a Strength Coach for the University of Wisconsin Men’s Basketball team during the 2016-’17 and 2017-’18 seasons. 

During the 2018-’19 season, Dr. Hart was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Physical Therapist for the Detroit Piston’s G-League team, the Grand Rapids Drive training some of the most elite basketball players in the U.S.
